Decree No. 452/2017 Coll.
This is an amendment to Emission Decree No. 415/2012 Coll., which sets new emission limit values and procedures for their determination, as well as implements certain other provisions of the Air Protection Act.

Basic provisions for industrial gas-fired furnaces. For every operator, the standard is primarily decisive for the operation, servicing, maintenance, inspections, tests, and overhauls of industrial gas furnaces with a power input of 50 kW or more, fired with industrial fuel gases in accordance with ČSN 38 5502.
The standard refers to Decree No. 21/1979 Coll. of the Czech Office for Safety and Decree No. 26/1979 Coll. of the State Office for Safety, which define specified gas equipment and establish a number of organizational requirements.
Act No. 201/2012 Coll.
The Air Protection Act incorporates relevant European Union regulations and addresses, among other things, permissible levels of air pollution, methods for assessing emissions and compliance with emission limits and air pollution itself, tools for reducing pollution, and the rights and obligations of individuals, etc.

This standard applies to the operation, performance of inspections and testing, maintenance of an operating log, preparation of local operating procedures, and the operation of gas equipment, including imported equipment, operated by organizations.
