COMPLIANCE

European Directive no. 42/2004

on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain paints and varnishes and vehicle refinishing products and amending Directive 1999/13/EC.

Legislative Decree No. 152/2006

This Directive lays down rules on integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from industrial activities. It also lays down rules designed to prevent or, where that is not practicable, to reduce emissions into air, water and land and to prevent the generation of waste,

in order to achieve a high level of protection of the environment taken as a whole.

European Directive No. 2284/2016

The Directive covers emission reduction commitments for anthropogenic atmospheric emissions. These include sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), non-methane volatile organic compounds (NMVOC), ammonia (NH3) and fine particulate matter (PM2,5). This Directive does not cover methane emissions.

Directive 2004/42/CE
